Advent and Christmas offers 2026
Celebrate Advent, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and every winter day with us during your stay at our specialist clinic & Vitalhotel am Kofel Health Center in Oberammergau.
An extensive program awaits you from November 30, 2025, to January 1, 2026:
Saint Nicholas
On St. Nicholas Day, all guests receive a small gift from the Oberammergau Health Center.
Livemusic
Every Friday evening, there is live music at the Kofelstüberl.
Sundays in Advent
On Advent Sundays, mulled wine is served in our Christmas hut.

Transportation service to church services in the Protestant and Catholic churches, as well as to Christmas Mass.
Christmas Eve
“Waiting for Santa Claus” with musical accompaniment in the restaurant in the afternoon.
All guests are cordially invited to take a break from everyday life and spend a pleasant afternoon in the restaurant with a cup of coffee or tea and pastries. A little Christmas surprise also awaits you.
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, you can look forward to festive 3-course gourmet menus and gala buffets. Further details of the program will follow.
New Year’s Eve
In the evening, we offer a New Year’s Eve gala dinner with musical accompaniment in the restaurant. Afterwards, we celebrate the New Year in the Kofelstüberl with atmospheric music from Ria & Bertl. Midnight snack and sparkling wine included.
New Year’s Day
On January 1, you can start 2026 in a relaxed manner. That’s why we offer a New Year’s buffet in the morning, followed by a 3-course gourmet menu at lunchtime and a delicacy buffet in the evening.

That doesn’t have to be the case with us!
Our experience shows that having a loved one by your side makes it easier and faster to achieve your rehabilitation goals. Accompanying persons play an even greater role during the Christmas season. We would therefore be delighted if you would like to bring someone to accompany you during your stay. You and your companion will enjoy shared accommodation in a room with hotel comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. Make your rehabilitation and Christmas season a time to spend together.
Companions receive a special price of €87.00 plus the local visitor’s tax. This price includes full board and free access to the panoramic swimming pool, the sauna area, free internet access, and participation in our wellness program.

During the Christmas season in particular, accompanying persons play an even greater role. We are therefore delighted if you would like to bring an accompanying person with you during your stay. You and your accompanying person will enjoy sharing a room with hotel-style comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Make your rehabilitation and the Christmas season a time to share together.
Our special companion package is available for 3 nights at a price of 299 euros plus the local visitor’s tax.
