which houses the specialist clinic and the Vitalhotel am Kofel. Our family-run hotel is in a wonderful location in the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and is nestled in the unique landscape of the Ammergau Alps Nature Park.
Located just one hour south of Munich and Augsburg, we offer excellent medical and therapeutic services in the fields of cardiology, orthopaedics and pneumology.

Since 1 January 2025, the clinic has been officially approved by the German Pension Insurance (DRV) to provide inpatient follow-up treatment and rehabilitation in the field of cardiology.
Intensified rehabilitation aftercare (IRENA), outpatient rehabilitation and digital rehabilitation services are expected to round off the Oberammergau specialist clinic’s range of services from the middle of the year.

OUR KOFELSTÜBERL IS OPEN
Dear visitors and relatives,
our “Kofelstüberl” is open for you from 13:30 – 17:00 and from 19:00 – 22:00. Our team will spoil you with coffee and cake, drinks, ice cream and small savory delicacies. On our terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kofel and the Hillernschlössl. You also have the opportunity to watch all Champions League and Bundesliga matches broadcast on Sky and DAZN every Tuesday, Wednesday and at the weekend.
