Who are we?

The Oberammergau Health Centre has a total of 180 beds. Of
these, 64 beds are reserved for the 3-star superior Aktiv- und Vitalhotel am
Kofel and 116 beds for the Fachklinik am Kofel specialist clinic. At the
specialist clinic, we provide follow-up treatment and inpatient
rehabilitation for cardiology, pulmonology and orthopaedic patients.

Working in rehabilitation – a goal-oriented task:

We build the bridge from the acute care clinic to the
everyday environment
. To this end, we have a defined period of three
weeks
in which patients are highly motivated and want to
improve their general condition. During this time, we get to know our patients
as people
. Together, we build up their physical functioning, motivate them
to exercise
, make them experts on their own illness, teach them methods for dealing with fear, pain and stress, and support them in returning to their normal social environment after their stay at the Oberammergau Health Centre.

The aim of the position is to support doctors by ensuring
smooth workflows and providing organisational support. We mainly work with
Office Word and Outlook, so experience in this area is desirable.
Doctor's dictations are transcribed using the DigtaSoft Pro programme. Precise
work and a sensitive, professional approach to medical data are just as
essential in this role as a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with
patients and their relatives.

Your tasks will include:

  • Making appointments for doctors and coordinating
    appointments for medical consultations
  • Preparing meetings
  • Maintaining medical key figures
  • Organising the medical secretariat
  • Performing office tasks to support the chief physician
  • Sorting medical documents for archiving
  • Sensitive, professional interaction with patients and
    relatives
  • Participation in staff training and team meetings
  • Intensive communication and consultation with doctors and nursing staff
  • Communicating with health insurance companies, social services and patients
